Each sticker kit is made to order by the customer and is PRODUCED / PROCESSED in 10/15 WORKING days
and subsequently SHIPPED
The personalized sticker kits (not present in the catalog) are shipped in 15/30 working days.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

TNT courier for national shipments (delivery in 24h working or 48h in
case of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria) while for international shipments we rely on FedEx.

These are the delivery times:
Europe: 2/3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Extra Community: 2/3 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order open the page of the product you are interested in buying, fill in all the required fields and provide as much information as possible (colour, finish, sizes and variations).

By transmitting the order, the buyer declares to purchase the stickers for private use or,
in any case, for purposes unrelated to a commercial or profit-making activity.
The adhesives offered or made with reference to third party brands are to be considered
non-original spare parts and accessories intended to be applied to the products of the owners
of said brands pursuant to art. 21 lett. C of Legislative Decree 10/02/2005 n. 30.
Therefore any use or reference to third party brands contained on the
website and / or in our products is intended to allow the indication of the destination of our adhesives such as spare parts and / or accessories of the original products.
In the case of products made on the basis of texts,
graphics or images requested by the purchaser,
the latter, with the transmission of the order,
expressly declares and under his own responsibility to have all the rights
for the use and reproduction of the text, graphics and / or image required.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which he or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery to offered us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund can be suspended until the goods are received
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:

- Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- Products opened or in any case used by the buyer.
